Fantastic questions at Norfolk Park School

Meg Munn MP was grilled by class members of Year 6 at Norfolk Park Community Primary School during her visit recently. They were extremely interested in the work of an MP and what life is like travelling to London for work every week. The visit was also an opportunity to speak to Headmistress Mary Binns, who after 40 or so years working in schools in Sheffield is retiring at the end of the academic year.

“My visit was very enjoyable with the class asking thoughtful and intelligent questions, and all were showing a real interest in me and the work I do.

 

I would like to say well done to the children and to their teachers who have helped them develop into such considerate young people. I wish them all the best with the rest of their time at primary school and SATs results.”
