Priority Service Register

Energy suppliers are obliged to offer a range of free services, known as the Priority Service Register, to their most vulnerable customers. These services are free to join and are available to customers of pensionable age, living with a visual or hearing impairment, disability or long-term ill-health.

Services include free gas safety inspections, advance notice and special help if your gas or water supply is interrupted, plus a password scheme so you can check the identity of engineers. Please contact your energy supplier for more information.
